Terms of Use

The Angels for Education platform is operated by ANGELS FOR EDUCATION (trade name Anjos da Educação), a Brazilian non-profit association registered under CNPJ 66.681.831/0001-84, headquartered at Av. Presidente Juscelino Kubitschek, 1455, Suite 41, Vila Nova Conceição, São Paulo, SP, 04543-011, Brazil. In these Terms, "Angels", "we" and "our" refer to it.

By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy & Cookies Policy. If you use the platform through a school, your school's agreement with us also applies; these Terms do not replace it. Usage terms and any commercial conditions follow the agreement signed with each school.

Use by children and teenagers happens under the responsibility of the school and of their parents or legal guardians, who accept these Terms on their behalf.

• Accounts are created by the school's administrators or by the user through a school code that must later be approved.
• Each person is responsible for their credentials and must not share them.
• First-access passwords are temporary, single-use, valid for a short period and must be replaced at the first sign-in.
• The AI Assistant, rankings and XP are available to educators only.

You agree not to:

• access areas of another school without authorization;
• share account credentials;
• attempt to probe, scan or break the platform's security;
• scrape or harvest content or user data;
• upload malicious or illegal material, or material that identifies students without authorization;
• use the AI Assistant or any automated feature to produce unlawful, abusive or harmful content.

Learning materials made available through the Academy and Resources (books, guides, videos, activities and similar) belong to Angels or its licensors. They are licensed for educational use within the participating school only.

Schools keep ownership of the content they upload. By uploading it, the school grants Angels a non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to store, display and process that content solely to operate the platform.

Uploaded images must show students' work (notebooks, models, paintings, texts), without faces or details that identify them.

The AI Assistant is a feature for educators only, built and operated by Angels itself. It answers only about Angels materials and does not cover other subjects.

Answers may be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be treated as professional advice or official school communication. Usage is rate limited to keep the service available for everyone.

We work to keep the platform available, but we may change, suspend or discontinue parts of it, including for maintenance.

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be notified on the platform or by e-mail at least 30 days in advance and, where required, we will ask for renewed acceptance.

Schools and administrators can manage or remove user accounts. We may suspend access that violates these Terms or endangers the security, privacy or experience of other users.

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Angels is not liable for indirect damages, temporary unavailability, or decisions based solely on AI Assistant answers. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo, SP, have jurisdiction, unless the law provides otherwise.
